Director Mandeep Benipal lets his story bleed profusely. His mystery thriller offers nothing new in terms of story and is quite predictable, especially after the interval. While the film has top notch action sequences that are enhanced by slow-mo shots of Arjun beating the shit out of people. The screenplay by Shree Brar and Gurpreet Sehji, on the other hand, isn’t strong enough to keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time. But one thing is certain: Dev Kharoud and Prince Kanwaljit Singh’s outstanding performances are what truly distinguish this 130-minute film.

The story revolves around two satta gang leaders, Brar and Sucha Singh, who are pitted against each other. When Brar is murdered, the blame is placed on his loyal right hand man Arjun, who is imprisoned. Arjun soon sets out on a quest to track down the true offender, and along the way, he comes upon paths with the author Porus Likhari (Prince Kanwaljit Singh), who helps him in this endeavour and chooses to use Arjun’s narrative as the subject for his upcoming book. Over the course of the movie, it becomes evident if Likhari truly wants to help Arjun or has ulterior motives.
